PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT 
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

2nd Layer:
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Bake first layer 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar; fold in Cool Whip.

3rd Layer:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

4th Layer:
2 c. Cool Whip
Grated chocolate
Chopped nuts

Spread Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
