MEXICAN DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. jar salsa
Chopped scallions
Sliced black olives
Chopped green pepper and tomatoes
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Nacho chips

Cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Spread into 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch pan. Next layer spread salsa, the peppers, scallions, tomatoes and olives. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
