Prepare 1 package yellow cake mix according to instructions on the box. Pour prepared cake mix into a greased and floured 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. While cake is baking, prepare topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

2 c. all purpose flour
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 lb. butter
Confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon

Combine topping ingredients in a large bowl, using pastry blender (or two knives), leaving large crumbs. Remove cake from oven and sprinkle mixture evenly over hot cake; return to oven for 10 minutes. Remove cake from oven and cool. Sprinkle liberally with confectioners sugar. Makes 12 or more servings.
