1 lg. pkg. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
Gummy worms

Crush Oreos in blender. Beat cream cheese and butter. Mix pudding with milk. Blend cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture; then fold in Cool Whip. Alternate layer of Oreos, then pudding mixture in a clean plastic sand pail; divide so there are at least 4 or 5 layers of each. Stick gummy worms in top layer of Oreos so it looks like worms are crawling out of the dirt.
