3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 6 oz. pkg. mixed dried fruit bits 1/2 c. honey 5 c. whole grain cereal flakes In a large saucepan, bring honey and brown sugar to a boil. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside 1/3 cup of the fruit bits and stir the rest into the peanut butter mixture. Press into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan or a 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle reserved 1/3 cup of fruit on top and press in. Let cool, cut into 24 bars. |
