BEEF KABOBS 
4 lb. chuck roast, cut into 2" cubes
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wine or wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients except meat. Mix well and pour over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Place meat cubes on skewers, alternating with vegetables of your choice. Cook on charcoal grill or broil 4 inches from broiler for 15-20 minutes to desired degree of doneness.
