PEANUT CLUSTERS 
6 almond bark squares (candi-quik)
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
24 oz. cocktail peanuts (or unsalted roasted peanuts)

Melt chocolate and bark on low heat. Remove from heat, pour in nuts, mixing well to coat. Spoon by teaspoon onto wax paper - let harden. Yield: 6 dozen.
