BEEF BURGUNDY 
1/4 lb. butter
6 sm. onions, sliced
3 lbs. cubed beef
Flour to coat mix
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme, marjoram
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 c. burgundy
1 lb. sliced mushrooms

Saute onions in butter. Shake beef in bag with salt and flour. Brown slowly. Add 1/2 can beef broth and 1/2 cup burgundy. Add spices. Place all ingredients in baking pan or casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Add rest of broth and burgundy. Add mushrooms. Bake 1 hour. Serve with cooked noodles.
