EASY BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 lb. beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. port or burgundy wine
Salt & pepper
8 oz. can mushroom pieces

Brown beef cubes. Add other ingredients (mix well) in casserole dish. Cover with lid. Bake at 375 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
