BISQUICK MIX 
9 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. shortening

Mix like pie crumbs. Store in airtight container. Keeps 6 months at room temperature.

BISCUITS:

3 c. mix
1 c. milk

Measure mix lightly. Stir in milk. Do not overmix. Knead lightly on floured board. Roll out to desired thickness. Cut. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
