GRAHAM CRACKER MUFFINS 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. melted shortening
1 egg

Mix crumbs with the milk. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Add to milk mixture. Add egg and shortening; mix well. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
