FRIED TURKEY | |
2 oz. garlic juice 2 oz. onion juice Salt Pepper Thaw turkey completely. Remove giblets. With food injector, inject garlic juice and onion juice into breast and thighs areas. Rub exterior and cavity with salt and pepper. Fry in large cooker at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until bone temperature reaches 185 degrees. NOTE: Food injector needed, fried turkey is very moist and delicious. |
