FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Peel and slice 6 cup of peaches. Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add water. Combine the following with the peaches. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Cool. Add lemon juice. Pour in a pastry-lined pie pan. Cover with pastry crust and seal edges. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Freezes well.
