1 lg. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. reduced calorie butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried whole basil 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained & chopped 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained Developed for diabetics or if on low-fat, low-cholesterol diet or if you just like to eat health. Saute onion and garlic in butter in large saucepan until tender. Add salt and remaining spices, stirring well. Stir in beans and tomatoes simmer, uncovered 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
