SPICED POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. boneless beef roast
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 pkg. Knorr brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

3 beef bouillon cubes 3 tbsp. hot water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown roast in oil in Dutch oven, pour off all excess fat. Combine next nine ingredients in bowl. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, add to gravy mixture. Place roast in baking dish and top with gravy mixture. Cover and bake 2 to 4 hours, baste occasionally until done. Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
