SPICED POT ROAST 
4 lbs. boneless chuck
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove or 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic

Brown meat well in fat in heavy pan. Combine other ingredients and add, cover and bake at 250 degrees for four to five hours until tender. Turn meat frequently to "baste". Serve on deep platter with buttered noodles. Serves 10-12. Left over roast makes super sandwiches.
