SPINACH MOLD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. small curd cottage cheese 1 sm. onion, grated Thaw and drain spinach. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into 1-quart mold oiled with mayonnaise; chill until set. Unmold just before serving. |
