MEL'S PIZZA DOUGH 
COMBINE AND SCALD:

3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil

Let cool until warm, not hot.

COMBINE:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water

COMBINE:

2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the milk and flour mixture. Add the yeast mixture, and stir. Knead in more flour (maybe 1/2 cup) until dough is elastic. Let rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Spread on greased pan and prick with a fork. Partially (lightly) bake the crust before adding the sauce, cheese, etc. Makes 2 pizzas.
