PORK CHOPS AND AMBERED RICE 
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 1/3 c. orange juice
1 can condensed chicken and rice soup
1 1/2 c. dry instant rice

Brown the pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Place instant rice in baking dish (10x12x2 inch). Pour orange juice over rice. Arrange meat on top of rice. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
