PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 box of UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 can Chinese vegetable fancy, drained
1 1/2 c. of water
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt and pepper

Mix rice, soup, vegetables and water. Pour in greased casserole dish and place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes uncovered.
