APPLE PUFF SALAD 
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
24 mini marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. Cinnamon Crisp crackers, crushed

Cook juices with cornstarch until thickened. Add marshmallows and let cool. Add fruit and Cool Whip. Spread a layer of crushed crackers in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Alternate layers of apple mixture and cookie crumbs, ending with crumbs. Refrigerate.
