2 eggs, well beaten 1 pkg. yeast 3/4 c. evaporated milk, lukewarm 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. Crisco 1 can Solo pie filling Mix together eggs, yeast and evaporated milk. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in the Crisco. When this is well cut in, add egg mixture. Roll on floured board as thin as possible. Cut into squares. Place a spoonful of Solo filling in center of each square and fold over corners. Bake at 350 degrees on lightly greased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes. When cool, roll in powdered sugar. |
