MOM'S ROAST BEEF 
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper roast both sides. On bottom of roasting pan pour package of onion soup mix, can of celery soup mixed with can of water. Add roast, cover; airtight and cook 2 hours at 350 degrees.

Broth Gravy: Combine 1/2 water, 1/2 broth from roast. Mix water with flour separately and add some hot broth to make smooth gravy. Add "pastry" flour to pan of broth and thicken to taste.
