CORN SOUFFLE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can creamed corn
16 to 18 saltine crackers (crushed)
Paprika

Beat eggs well; add milk, pepper, corn and crackers. Pour in lightly greased baking dish and pour additional cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
