FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 squares Baker's chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate together. Add sugar, beat in eggs. Sift flour, salt and soda. Add to chocolate mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake in a greased and lined 13"x9" pan in a 275 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Very good served with ice cream and topped with hot fudge sauce.
