FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter. Add cocoa, blend. Add eggs to beaten mixture, then flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Bake in loaf pan in 325 degree oven until done. It takes about 1 hour to bake.

FUDGE CAKE ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. white Karo
Vanilla

Cook to soft ball stage. Cool then beat until thick. Put on cake after it has cooled.
