MAYONNAISE CAKE 
No eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

SOUR CREAM FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sugar

Beat sugar and mayonnaise. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa, salt and soda. Pour 1/2 cup hot water over cocoa mix. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Add flour alternately with 1/2 cup cool water and vanilla. Bake in a floured 9 inch cake pan or a 9 x 13 inch layer pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

SOUR CREAM FROSTING: Beat sour cream and butter until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla or any kind of frosting.
