BERRY OR GRAPE JELLY 
4 c. berry juice or 4 c. grape juice
3 c. sugar

Crush pulp from fruit (remove grape skin). Boil 5 minutes. Stir. Add sugar. Boil again until it reaches jelly stage. Drain or pour through colander. Pour into sterilized glass. Seal with paraffin when cooled.
