"CITY-FRIED" GRAPE JELLY 
6 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
2 (6 oz.) or 1 (12 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate (can), thawed (natural-unsweetened)

Combine sugar and water in large kettle. Mix well. Cook, stirring over high heat to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in thawed grape juice concentrate and Certo, mix well. Ladle into hot jelly jars. Seal, makes about 4 pints.
