MOCHA BROWNIE CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift cocoa and flour together alternately with milk. Pour into cake pan (tube). Sprinkle with chopped pecans and place in cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
