ICED BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Cream sugar, cocoa, shortening and salt. Add eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla. Mix well. Add pecans. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan (or larger) at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 egg yolk
1/4 c. hot water

1 box powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on warm brownies. When cool, cut in squares.
