FRUIT SALAD DRESSING (EA) 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add flour and mix well. Take from fire and add eggs and sugar which have been beaten together. Then add the juice from a large can of pineapple. Return to fire and cook until thick. When cool add 1 cup of whipped cream.
