TOFFEE 
1 c. butter (or two sticks)
1 c. sugar
1 lg. Hershey's chocolate baking bar, cut up into sm. squares
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped

Spread walnuts out in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt butter on low heat and stir in sugar. When mixture becomes caramelized, pour it on nuts evenly. Place Hershey's square on top of toffee; as it melts spread with spatula. Refrigerate.
