QUICK'N EASY ONION BURGERS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. Lipton Golden onion soup mix
2 tsp. instant garlic
2 tsp. instant parsley flakes
1/4 c. milk
Black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding egg last. Mix well. Shape into hamburger patties. (Makes 8 to 10 medium burgers. Place patties in single layer in a non-stick baking pan. Cover pan with foil, seal tightly. Heat oven to 350°F. Bake burgers for 1 hour. Uncover pan and cook for 6 to 8 minutes (until burgers are medium brown.)

Serve on sandwich buns or with potatoes, vegetable and salad. For variety, try adding BBQ sauce to burgers before browning. Another tip, place cooked burgers into slow cooker. Add 1 jar spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 2 hours. Serve over your favorite pasta.
