CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked cut-up chicken
4 c. thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed
2 tsp. sesame seed
1 c. sliced almonds

In large bowl mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to 2 teaspoons hot oil in pan and saute until lightly brown. Add the browned ingredients to chicken mixture mix until well blended.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. rice vinegar
Pkg. flavoring from Ramen noodles
1 tsp. sugar

Mix the above 3 ingredients. Just before serving add the dressing to chicken mixture. Mix well and serve.

This makes a very crunchy and delicious salad. Makes about 6-8 servings.
