CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. beef
1 lb. pork, ground coarse as for chili
1 lb. veal
2 or 3 lbs. onions
2 or 3 stalks celery

Cook meat until well done. Chip all vegetables; steam in water. Combine meat and vegetables and add 1 can bean sprouts and 3 tablespoons brown gravy. Cook and steam good; add 1 can chestnuts and bamboo sprouts. Serve over rice or chop suey noodles and soy sauce. Can be frozen in small amounts.
