OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up or boneless chicken
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken into evaporated milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place skin sides up in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
