CINNAMON FLIP COFFEE CAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar, then cinnamon; dot with butter.

Take pat butter, divide in quarters, dot cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
