STIR FRY MARINADE 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. dark Karo syrup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 - 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 1/4 c. water

Combine above ingredients in large bowl. May be used to marinate boneless beef, pork or chicken.

After stir-frying your vegetables, drain marinated meat and stir-fry meat. Return vegetables to wok or fry pan with meat. Add marinade. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.

Vegetable Suggestions: Green and/or red peppers, broccoli, carrots, onions and water chestnuts.
