CHICKEN BROCCOLI VEG SAUTE 
1 tbsp. butter
Skinless, boneless chicken
Broccoli
Mushroom
Creamed soup
Milk

In skillet over medium heat, cook boneless chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon butter until tender and browned. Remove chicken and keep warm.

In same skillet cook broccoli and mushrooms (or any other vegetables) until tender. Stir in your choice of soup such as cream of chicken, or cream of broccoli or cream of mushroom) with milk for desired thickness. Season with pepper. Return chicken to skillet and simmer.
