BARBECUE PORK 
3 lb. pork roast
1/8 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
Onion salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Roast pork in oven until well done. Chop or slice. Add to barbecue mixture that has been cooked for about 15 minutes. Add catsup to taste. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
