LOACHAPOKA CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. Crisco (butter flavored)
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1 c. buttermilk

Cut Crisco into flour, add cheese and mix. Add buttermilk to mixture and mix well. Knead in flour. Roll out 1/2 inch thick; cut with 3 inch floured cutter. Place with sides touching on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
