2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkgs. refrigerated chocolate chip cookies

Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Slice package of cookies (about 28 slices) and arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over this. Then cut other package of cookies and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees, between 35 and 45 minutes.
