GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
4 c. fresh strawberries
Cool Whip

In saucepan mix cornstarch with sugar and water, cook until thick, remove from heat, add Jello and stir well. Add strawberries and pour in cooked pie shell. Chill well and serve with Cool Whip. This works great with all fresh fruit. Just be sure you use the Jello to match your fruit.
