STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
1 c. crushed strawberries
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Cook above ingredients until thick and clear. When about thickened, add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon lemon juice according to berries. Add red food coloring as desired. Cool slightly. Fill baked 9" pie shell with 3 cups uncooked dry strawberries. Cover with glaze mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip or ice cream.
