GRANDMA'S BROWN BAG BROWNIES 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. broken nutmeats

Melt chocolate and butter together in small saucepan over larger pan of boiling water. Set aside to cool.

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar; add salt, vanilla and continue to beat until light. Stir in chocolate mixture, then flour and beat until smooth.
