4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook the flour and milk to custard and cool. Mix the butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla. Add to cooled mixture and beat 10 minutes.
