CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) fat-free Cool Whip
1 can fat-free Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix Cool Whip, milk, and lemon juice. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce, and pecans. Blend well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Freeze.
