1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 large or 2 small eggs
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
nuts as desired
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients and spread on cake mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F. (You can also use lemon cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.)
