DATE NUT ROLL 
1 box graham crackers
24 large marshmallows
1c. broken pecans pecans
1 pt. whipping cream
1 box chopped dates (these may be cut with scissors)

Crush graham crackers, cut up marshmallows. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together including unwhipped cream.

On a large piece of waxed paper make a roll of mixture. Wrap securely with foil or glad wrap store in refrigerator. Serve slices of roll with whipped cream on top. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator. Small pieces are good to use at teas or brunches.
